  • ½ cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup plain canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 1 cup cooked white rice (optional)
Gentle Fish and Potato Blend
  • 6 ounces white fish (cod or tilapia)
  • 2 medium potatoes
Bone Broth Rice Porridge
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 3 cups low-sodium bone broth
Scrambled Egg and Rice Comfort Bowl
  • 2-3 whole eggs
  • cups cooked white rice
Lean Beef and Carrot Mash
  • ¾ cup extra-lean ground beef
  • 3-4 large carrots

Method
 

Classic Boiled Chicken and Rice
  1. Cook 1 cup of boneless, skinless chicken breast in plain water until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Shred the chicken finely.
  3. Cook 2 cups of white rice until slightly overcooked to enhance digestibility.
  4. Mix the shredded chicken with the cooked rice.
Turkey and Sweet Potato Mash
  1. Boil 1 cup of ground turkey (93% lean) until fully cooked, draining excess fat.
  2. Steam 2 medium sweet potatoes until soft.
  3. Mash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain.
  4. Combine the turkey and sweet potato mash.
Cottage Cheese and Pumpkin Bowl
  1. Mix ½ cup of low-fat cottage cheese with ¼ cup of plain canned pumpkin.
  2. Add 1 cup of cooked white rice if your dog tolerates dairy well.
Gentle Fish and Potato Blend
  1. Steam 6 ounces of white fish like cod or tilapia until flaky.
  2. Boil 2 medium potatoes until very soft, then mash completely.
  3. Remove all fish bones carefully and flake the fish into small pieces.
  4. Mix the flaked fish with the mashed potatoes.
Bone Broth Rice Porridge
  1. Simmer 1 cup of white rice in 3 cups of low-sodium bone broth.
  2. Cook until the rice breaks down into a porridge consistency.

  1. Scramble 2-3 eggs in a non-stick pan without oil or butter, cooking until just set.
  2. Mix the scrambled eggs with 1½ cups of cooked white rice.
Lean Beef and Carrot Mash

Notes
